Retail Sales Executives
Primary Job Functions:

  • Assist Retail Sales manager in driving sales of consumer and SOHO networking products through Retail and e-Tail channels and in creating a strong retail presence for the company.
  • Recruit and manage retail partners and gain understanding of their business models and target markets.
  • Train and develop assigned partners on company’s networking products and technologies and through building relationships, negotiate a high level of sales, marketing, and merchandising support.
  • Create and execute partner business plans and joint marketing programs in order to grow the business.
  • Provide marketing and financial analyses including competitive intelligence reports, cost/benefit analyses of marketing activities, estimated forecasts of sales revenues and potential ROI, and reports of actual sales performance and other measures of ROI.
  • Acquire and maintain current product descriptions, specs, and images from Product Management and Marketing and push information to partners using content management tools.
  • Participate in Trade Shows or other Sales and Marketing events as required.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years experience working directly with national and regional retailers
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Analytical problem solver
  • Facility in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook

Distribution Coordinator
Primary Job Functions:

  • Process purchase orders from each distributor and confirm receipt thereof
  • Provide tracking #s and/or ETA’s for above orders; follow up on said orders
  • Respond to product availability inquiries
  • Prepare and submit special pricing forms with each distributor
  • SKU new products, make changes to existing SKU’s with each distributor
  • Update product info at distributor sites
  • Prepare Purchase Reqs for credit memo’s, discounts, sell-throughs, etc.
  • Submit new weekly VARs signups and appropriate discounts
  • Update pricing changes, additions, deletions with each distributor
  • Respond to general inquiries from distributors, distributor sales reps, etc.
  • Coordinate RMA requests from each distributor
  • Provide copies of invoices for drop ship orders
  • Maintain distributor agreements
  • Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications:

  • Computer literate with strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Strong attention to details and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong math skills and excellent verbal and communication skills

Consumer Networking Product Manager
Primary Job Functions:

  • Achieve the goal of sales and profits of assigned product lines
  • Manage product life cycle from product evaluation to EOL
  • Coordinate with Product Houses in Asia and partners in US on daily basis
  • Understand user scenarios and able to present application diagrams
  • Provide information to develop product specifications, packaging, marketing collateral and training materials
  • Actively assist sale teams to develop retails, channels and key account projects
  • Responsible for the forecast and inventory control of assigned product lines
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and required
  • Understand and follow company rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE with emphasis on computer networking
  • Networking experiences (broadband access, wireless/wired Routers, client Adapters)
  • Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint proficient
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • 2+ year network industry experiences will be a plus.

Technical Support Specialist
Primary Job Functions:

  • End user technical support of company software and productivity applications including Microsoft Office 2000, 2003, Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Outlook/Exchange, Internet Explorer, and select proprietary applications.
  • OS support for Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP.- Hardware troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance support for PC desktop systems, laptops, and printers.
  • Initial setup, support, and troubleshooting of issues for new users.- Maintain a superior level of technical knowledge and skill in accordance with pertinent technology evolution.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 2000 Professional, XP, and Server.- Working familiarity with routers, firewalls, and switches.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively prioritize workload.
  • 2+ years PC hardware experience (A+ Certification a plus).
  • 2+ years experience using PC based software including Microsoft Office.- Thorough end user working knowledge of the Windows 2000 Operating System.
  • TCP/IP troubleshooting, and VPNs a plus. Experience writing user documentation.

 

Order Processing Representative (Part Time)
Primary Job Functions:

  • Process Sales orders from sales reps, ensuring complete accuracy
  • Issue invoices to customers
  • Communicate with sales and order fulfillment
  • Process purchase orders with approvals based on company policy
  • The Purchasing Agent must seek the least total cost of procurement
  • Communicate with local and international vendors
  • Communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Process RTV.
  • Data Entry

  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Financial Analyst
Primary Job Functions:

  • Perform analysis of the effectiveness of business operations in sales, marketing and support functions. 
  • Assist the Controller by reviewing general ledger accounts to ensure adhering to GAAP as well as corporate financial procedures and policies.
  • Assist in preparing audit documents and working with auditors.
  • Develop and enforce established polices, procedures and guidelines.
  • Summarized and evaluate the retail/etail and channel sales/cost monthly.
  • Monthly and quarterly commission calculations.
  • Prepare Monthly report and Executive report package to meet cooperated requirements.
  • Resolved credit card charges and matching expense reports.
  • Overseeing the compliance with Federal, State and Local legal requirements.
  • Other misc. administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • Experiences individual with financial and accounting background. A BA or higher degree preferred.
  • Familiar with audit standard with audit experiences preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while focusing attention to details and delivering a quality product

Telecommunication Product Engineer
Primary Job Functions:

  • Response for leading the xDSL product definition,
  • Planning and roadmap for different telecommunication networking equipment.
  • Assist product manager to define the specs, develop the software features and hardware platform.
  • Interact with service providers and help develop product solutions.
  • Devise and implement products quality control system and procedure.
  • Coordinate quality testing, compliance with ISO 9003, URL, FCC standards for the Internet and telecommunication products quality.

Qualifications:

  • Experiences individual with Computer engineering or telecommunication background preferred.
  • Master or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint proficient
